Roszdravnadzor has published a list of Russian and foreign pharmaceutical companies whose product quality was the highest in the first half of 2015.
The rating includes 12 domestic and 9 foreign companies. The black list of foreign pharmaceutical enterprises was headed by the Bulgarian JSC Sopharma (13 low-quality series of one trade name).

10. LLC Tula Pharmaceutical Factory
Claims were made against medicines manufactured by the Tula pharmaceutical company on the following items: weight of package contents, description and pH. Roszdravnadzor rejected 5 episodes of 3 trade names.
9. CJSC "Vifiteh"
The company, founded in 1992, produces both finished dosage forms and substances of plant origin ("Mukaltin", "Dry Aloe Extract" and others). Violations identified during the inspection of its products related to the mass of the contents in the package, the loss in mass during drying and quantification. Defective are 6 episodes of 2 trade names.
8. OJSC “Biosynthesis”
This Russian company is one of the largest drug manufacturing companies. Complaints about the drugs produced by Biosynthesis concerned uniformity of dosage, dissolution and quantification. According to the results of the inspection, 7 series of 3 trade names were rejected.
7. OAO Tatkhimpharmpreparaty
The discontent of Roszdravnadzor was caused by: incorrect description of some drugs manufactured by Tatkhimpharmpreparaty, their labeling, quantification and packaging, as well as the average weight of the tablets. In total, 7 defective series of 4 trade names were discovered at this OJSC.
6. LLC “Doctor”
9 series of 1 trade name were rejected. The reasons are the discrepancy between the authenticity and volume of the contents of the package to the declared parameters.
5. OAO NPK Eskom
This research and production concern is one of the main Russian manufacturers of infusion solutions. Mechanical inclusions were found in the company's products, there are claims to labeling and packaging. Roszdravnadzor rejected 9 series of 5 trade names.
4. OJSC SPC "Biogen"
The microbiological purity and authenticity of some of the drugs released by Biogen did not meet the standards. As a result of the inspection, Roszdravnadzor considered 10 series of 2 trade names to be defective.
3. OAO Tver Pharmaceutical Factory
The company entered the top 3 Russian manufacturers of low-quality medicines due to an inaccurate description of various medicines, the mass of the contents of the package and the package itself. 11 series of drugs of 4 trade names turned out to be of poor quality.
2. Ozone LLC
One of the leaders of the Russian market for the production of generics (generic) - "copies" of the original patented drugs. The number of rejected products of Ozone LLC included 14 series of 3 trade names. They had problems with dissolution and uneven dosing.
1. OJSC "Murom Instrument-Making Plant"
The production of drugs is under its own brand "VerbaFarm." The company has become a leader in the ranking of the worst drug manufacturers due to 29 rejected series of two items. Inspections revealed flaws in the quantitative determination of pharmaceuticals manufactured at the Murom Instrument-Making Plant.
